Best and the Biggest Car Show on Rt66 -- September 11, 2010
Some details about the upcoming 2010 show;
-- Two big Cash Prizes;
------$1000 for the OUTSTANDING 30’s Era Vehicle! ( 1930 to 1939 Car, Truck or
Motorcycle )
------$1000 for the OUTSTANDING Vintage (pre 1985) Emergency or Military
Vehicle!
THE LOOP GIRLS WILL BE AT THE SHOW!
JACK FM WILL BE HANDING OUT GOOD STUFF!
-- This will be our 20th show. 20 years with the same core group of volunteers and a
whole lot of other volunteers along the way. Thanks to them all.
-- The date is September 11th. On the 9th anniversary of 9-11, we will honor the fallen,
the first responders and our military who fight on in our name.
--Same location right on Rt66 in Berwyn, ( it's called Ogden Avenue now) between Oak
Park and Ridgeland.
-- Spectators are welcome and admission is FREE. Gates open at 7am and the show
continues until after the awards ceremony, usually around 4:30.
--Show cars enter at Oak Park and Ogden and go right into registration.
--Registration begins at 7:00am and shuts down at 10:00am. --Judging begins at
10:01am. The show continues until just after the awards ceremony, usually around 4:30.
--Pre-registration fee is $30, if your registration form and $30 is delivered to the Berwyn
Development Corp by 4:30 September 3rd. Registration after September 3rd and at the
gate is $40.
--We will have a big Split-the-Pot cash raffle.
--Awards will be presented upon completion of the judging.
