There were a lot of cars and those on street tires had to stage in the two far-right lanes (the left was reserved for slicks). The DA did come came way down, but, I still ran garbage... and on a tank of premium this time instead of mid-grade!

I highly recommend getting up there on Tuesdays vs Weds. I had 10 less runs tonight, and that's only because the last half hour I got 5 in.
Disappointing on the times, best I could muster was 14.692. My 60 times were awful all night, at best I was able to get high 2.2s. Last week I was sneaking in high 2.1xs and low 2.2s. Could the track prep impact these? They had a lot more cars running slicks, would a stickier track hurt those of us on street tires in the V6s? Both Tony and I had consistently higher times versus last week, but the temps were cooler.Comment

They claim they are prepping the track for people to run on street tires and ideally in the 12's. Not 100% sure what they do different but id guess it would help.Comment
