2017 Rockin' For The Troops will be held on July 22nd at Northwestern Medicine Field (Kane County Cougars ballpark) in Geneva, IL!
I'm excited (and probably a little nuts) to be serving as Event Coordinator for a 6th year. Please help me make this the best year ever!
I’m very excited to report that Lynyrd Skynyrd will headline the concert this year. The day will also feature performances by Ayla Brown, The Voices, and The Empty Pockets, as well as a beautiful fireworks display at the end of the evening.

Over the years, Rockin' has raised over 3 million dollars, as the primary fundraiser for Operation Support Our Troops - America. The original intent of Rockin' was to raise funds for postage for the Care Package Program and equally importantly to create awareness of the needs of our military and veteran community. Because of the extraordinary success of Rockin' over the years, we have not only succeeded in our original intent but also been able to fund other OSOT-America programs including Leap of Faith (grief support for families of the fallen), GI Yoga , and The Al Lynch Veteran Support. Additionally, Rockin' has provided funding of almost 1.5 million dollars to other veteran support organizations outside of OSOT America, including Hines VA Hospital & Fisher House.
Unfortunately, we still have a significant number of troops servicing in harm’s way, and an ever-growing veteran community. The success of Rockin' in affecting positive change in the military and veteran community is unprecedented, especially for a grass-roots organization such as OSOT America. And here we are at our 11th Rockin’, and we want to continue the good that it has achieved.
