This is Rosey the Pitbull who was saved from a fighting ring in South Holland Illinois in 2007. It was the largest animal cruelty raid in Illinois police history.
Here is a few links about her. In the first one the site says her name is Posey, it is actually Rosey. The Truth About Pitbulls
