Any rink rats around here?

Hockey players? I'm switching from goalie to forward and it should be pretty funny the first 5 times I trip over the blue line or put myself through the glass.

Any of you play rat hockey? Just bought all new gear so maybe it will save me.

Franklin Park has rat Wednesday and Friday 9am and Center Ice of Dupage has some all night games on Saturday and Sunday.

Are those rinks too far?

Played all my life AAA here in Chicago and up through college. Took this session off from my normal men's league at Johnny's Ice House. Good to see some fellow hockey guys here.

I played this past week and damn was it fun but painful. The backseat of my Buick smells like hockey gear to, forgot about the smell.

Center Ice of Dupage has night games on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you're are in town or close enough and want to play I'll go with you.

Johnny's Ice House has games daily from Monday-Thursday and 2 games on Friday. Times are around 11:30am. The Hawks practice there to and you can attend their practice for free.

I'll do some searching tonight to see what's around your area and ask the boys at Gunzo's if they know of aything around Beloit.

I'll. have to try to dig out my gear and see what shape it's in. I definitely will most likely have to get a new helmet and breezers.
