Hmmmm I'm still a little shocked on the 342 number.

I dyno'd 333 with just CAI and solo catback without a tune.

As you know, I'm doing the same headers.

I know not all cars are the same but I'd imagine I'd gain more then 9 rwhp with tune, headers and throttle body (the difference in your car and mine)

I'm expecting 350+ to the wheels with tune and headers.

Dynatech 1 7/8 LT (installed soon)

I was thinking I should have seen 350 and was hoping to see 360 so I will admit that I was disappointed. I'm tired of chasing numbers to be honest. I want get to the track and see if I can better my time.

I'll be anxious to see what you can get.

The other thing is I can't believe there's that much difference between stick and auto. Mind boggling to me.

Freddie... a dyno is just numbers. Don't get caught up to much in chasing after numbers. There are so many variables between different cars and air quality.

The dyno is really a tuning tool to allow you dial in how the car drives and runs.

So ignore the numbers, if you are happy with the way it drives... then you are good.

Plus how many miles are on the car?

sent from my galaxy s3. that would explain the errors.

Yeah, I know, gotta stop worrying about the numbers. It's hard not to compare though. I'm happy with how it runs and drives so don't get me wrong, I'm not dissatisfied with the outcome. It drives and sounds awesome!

I just turned 9500 miles on the car.

By no means was I trying to get you discouraged with your numbers/car.

I know comparing even the same make and model is difficult to do. Your just the closest mod wise to what I am about to do.

Just so you know too. LS motors are known to actually get faster as you add more miles. Yours are still fairly low. So you are good in my book.

Back on June 1 at the Dyno day, I had Borla shorty headers and stock cats. My numbers were 322 rwhp, 340 rwtq. It was running really rich at the top end, spitting fuel and smoke.

So, by the Dyno, I picked up 20 rwhp, 15 rwtq. The car feels like it gained more though and I think that's due to the great tune. It just seems more responsive but it could just be me.

The sound is amazing! Even at half throttle, it opens up and at wot, it screams race car! I'll post the Dyno videos as soon as I can. Very happy with the results and can't wait to see if I can do better at the track as well. After all, the track is where it matters, right!
                      Freddie,
Glad to see you went with what we were talking about. The long tube headers are the way to go and hopefully this should keep you satisfied for a while. Remember, a small nut is easier to swallow than a big nut. Happy 4th!

I made 378rwhp bone stock. But being manual we start with more HP and the autos use up a little more power then manuals.

Hey Freddie, don't be discouraged by your numbers. The work you had done was good to make the engine breath out ezer, now you have to make the intake and valves train breath in and out just as fast. Cam ,SC or turbo's. once you do that your numbers will jump.
