For all of you dear friends who haven't yet heard, I'm so sorry to have to share this news, but last evening, Wednesday, June 19th at 9:11PM, I watched my Handsome Prince, my Knight and Shining Armour, my Wonderful Husband Larry take his last breath. In that moment there was a sweet and perfect peace, an amazing grace that surrounded us. I was so blessed to have been by his side. But now, my heart just aches. I desperately want him to hold me again, to feel the warmth in his cheek on my face, to hear him tell me that he loves me. I yearn to feel his presence and I'm constantly looking for signs that he's OK and that he's still with me. I've lost my best friend and the one true love in my life. My family, as I've known it, is torn apart and it all seems so unfair. Right now, my house feels empty and so do I. I just can't explain why he had to leave so soon and perhaps I'll never know the reasons why. I hate this thought of living life knowing he's not here. But eventually I'll learn to carry on because I know that's what he would want for me. He was always the wind beneath my wings, my greatest supporter and believer in my dreams. He is my angel now and I will love him forever and a day. Until we meet again my love. Sweet peace.

I'm sorry I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Larry. But I can tell he is an extraordinary man by the impact he's left on all of you. My heart goes out to his family & friends. And way to come together as a club...friends are encounters that can last forever = ) seeing all of this makes me proud to be part of this club.

I really don't know what to say. I met Larry almost two years ago just after I had got my Camaro. I had just started going to shows with it, and met up with him on Friday nights in Palatine. He was really a nice guy who was easy to talk to and would always listen, even though I can sometimes be long winded. He made Liz and and I feel welcome and it was always nice to see him at the shows. Liz and I are so sorry to hear about this. Our prayers go out to his family, if there is anything we can do please let us know.

P.S. Larry tanks for letting me talk your ear off. You will be missed.
