The Mutant is down! They wrecked me!

On 83 between St. Charles and Roosevelt on my Harley I had a guy riding my ass so I slowed down a little bit to have him pass and he hit the gas, swung around me, pulled right in front and slammed on his brakes. I hit his bumper and went down and slid over 83 like I was trying to steal second base. I believe the dude was drunk and targeted me. Cops are still looking for him.

2 other cars saw it and pulled over to help. My leather jacket is loaded with blood and my helmet is destroyed and my bike is...somewhere. My right elbow, right knee, and right ankle look like raw meatloaf and smashed my head real good. The good people at Elmhurst patched me up.

Doctors said if I didn't wear my helmet I'd be dead. Thankfully I didn't get concussion #9. However I have cheated the Reaper 13 times now. The dude keeps chasin' but just can't get me.

Anyway I think it's safe to say I won't be at the Drive-In tonight. You kids be safe on the roads and have yourselves a good time. I should catch up with you all in a week at FLP.

They were until the cat scan showed I didn't have a concussion. They're worried about my right ankle though, they think I might have nerve damage. I have to see an orthopedic doctor this week.

i just saw this too. When i crashed doing over 120mph+ i shattered every bone in my left foot. wore down about 1/4 inch of my heal bone, wore down the tip of my big toe, and the inner side of the ball of my foot. They held me in the hospital for about 18 hours before i could go home. The crappy part was because of the road rash on my foot they couldnt cast it, so i was bed ridden for 2 months basically.

i hope yours isnt anywhere near as bad as mine. On cold rainy days like this i am reminded of my stupidity lol
