      Lawdog.. Under what federal law can an agent just come into your home to search for this guy? Could a member of that city refuse a search w/o a warrant? I'm wondering if some kind of terrisom.. Homeland security law exists?

        That's a good question, but in my personal opinion, I would say a search warrant would be needed if denied by the home owner.

        If the home owner isn't there and they suspect him to be inside, I think they would just go in.

        Maybe there is a town search warrant? Making it legal to search every home in that town?
