You're right what I was wearing didn't matter it was that excellent driving record that I have plus the fact I have no warrants out for my arrest = ) no smiles or cheesecakes needed......Pretty cool my first time in a long,long time for getting stopped.

Agree. Since Illinois's budget crisis is as bad as our National Budget, you would think they would get rid of the front plate to save $3 million. Nope, that would be the smart thing to do. Sorry to hi-jack...just had to get that off my chest. I feel better now...

Oh don't even get me started. I'm a member of the no front plate club. They just want another way to take a picture & send you the bill.

You just got to wonder... "Oh look... There's a car with no front plate... I need to meet my quota, so since no one is speeding, I think I'll get that one for no front plate! The captain will be very happy with me!" I know a lot of PO's, and not one of them would pull me over for no front plate... Unless I looked like I was a DUI candidate or looked like a deviate. Sorry, another soap box rider. :-(

There were two of us a bumblebee like one in front of me, we both passed and he pulled right behind me and asked me why he pulled me over...hhhmmm no idea then he told me and he mentioned the Camaro in front of me had a front plate (woo hoo) then took my license and came back with a traffic contact paper a happy belated birthday wish and a don't worry its no big deal talk. To ramble I said no big deal why did you stop me then, he said we just don't stop people for nothing and he had to make sure I was clear of any violations or warrants. I guess I fit the profile = ) Thanks for all the tax payers funds for keeping suspicious characters like me on the straight and narrow
