Just an update. You'd think with all the pain meds I'm on it would be easy to sleep. Not so much. I did get up and walked around the floor a little bit it was nice to get out of bed. But I am doing well. And thank you all for the thoughts and prayers.

Walking will help things work again down there. I remember after mine I would have given the World for just a fart. It will come with time and it will feel like the greatest thing in the world. Just take it nice and slow. Remember, chicks dig scars, lol.
T.The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my Track next fix.

I got my catheter out yesterday and I had the small victory of taking a shower last night. Advanced to full liquid diet today and if that goes well, I'll get an unrestricted breakfast and then home tomorrow!
