  • If the 5th Gen Camaro didn't exist...

what would you be driving today???

There would be two possibilities for me. As i stated in another thread somewhere i actually was sitting at a dealer negotiating numbers on a 07 C6 Z06. And still if that didnt fall through i think i would have kept my 05 Subaru WRX STi and finished that as my project car. When i traded it in i had just under 500whp. So that thing weighing about 2900lbs really got down and moved.

so lets here what else we would be driving.

I traded in a mustang for my 5th gen. So if there wasn't a 5th gen I probably stay with a mustang .

Two possibilities for me as well. The first is I would be driving nothing exciting and saving thousand of dollars and the second is I would be spending those savings on a new C7 Corvette.

I would have a daily driver, something small and economical, and a '67 or '68 Camaro in my garage for the fun of it. I owned both in my days and is the reason I bought my 5th Gen. It has the look and I don't have to work on it. (Much) :-)

My previous fun car was taken from me in an accident three years ago. At that time, I was looking at sporty, RWD coupes and there were not many in my price range that I was aware of. I was checking out the Hyundai Genesis Coupe when I found that the Camaro was close to my budget. The Camaro was a no-brainer. I guess I would be in the Genesis if the Camaro wasn't around.

I almost went down the Genesis Coupe road as well. Phew! Glad that didn't happen.

If there was no 5th Gen, I would have stayed with the Mustang, or gone to the Challenger. I really want a muscle car and nothing else right now.

                        Nice Mopar.

I might have stretched up for a LS3 A6 Corvette, I had a 2002 Z06 in the past among other cars.
