Heads? So many people say aftermarket heads aren't worth it.

Cam, headers, ls3 conversion, stall and tune is still my winter wish list.

I have heard the same thing about heads as well. Our heads have very good flowing characteristics.

I would say get the stock heads machined and ported before buying different ones

I originally was going to get a set of full assembled heads when I do the cam to save money on the ls3 conversion plus get better flowing heads but a lot have said its not even worth it then.

The valve train on engines scares me a little.

I have the GMPP CNC LS3 heads with Patriot gold dual titanium valve springs and better rocker arms.

If I could have made the LS7 heads work I would have gone with them... Never the less the LS3 GM offering is really well done.

I had the GMPP heads flow tested. They flow better then stock. More cfm=more HP.



GM high performance mag did several articles on them....
