Coast Guard, is it you?

So with today being such a BEAUTIFUL day (a shorts n t-shirt kinda day is my kinda day!) I took the dog out to the park for a jog/walk. While going past the Coast Guard Station that is located in the park (Calumet Park on the far southeast side of Chicago, literally bordering Indiana) I spotted a CGM LS, with Indiana plates. I couldn't leave a card because the parking lot is fenced off. He/She wasn't there yesterday so I am assuming his/her shift started today. I was wondering if it was anyone here.
