Seriously? Congrats... I've been eyeballing an IOM GS up at Libertyville Chevy.. But, that new 2013 GT500 has caught my eye as well and Kim's not a Vette person..
I'm on a very waving line right now on demodding and selling off mine as well... Just got to make that final decision and get confirmation from a couple "I got dibs" friends...

Yeah I was and still am. Love the cars, but wanted another vette again since I traded the last C6 in before the kids came. Now I have the means to own one again and I took it.

Ah.. gotcha... No kids or plans for them here.. but, we road trip a lot and I yearround drive.. So, I want a Vette, but I know it's probably not a good choice -- but, the 2013 GT500 is a little $$ considering my trade in/note, plus the time and headache of demodding and part selling.. Though, it would be nice to be faster than I am now and still have a warranty for awhile.

here's an offer, gimme. A day with your car and ill do all the work and swap all my stock suspension and stuff over to your car and ill take the mods. Before you know it, all stock again :-)

I do believe some of his suspension mods cant be swapped or swapped easily at least from watching a little bit of their install :P

lol we can split it all, how about that? I'll mainly need the axles. And if this gt500 happens I call dibs on the first race.

My coilovers, sways, trailing arms and axles would be the other suspension worth taking off.. Most all the bushing don't cost enough to make it worth the OEM offset, removal, reinstall, etc. and I don't even know what the IRS Cradle bushings would take to get reinstalled in mine.. Getting them out isn't the issue..
I'd need all the OEMs in trade + $ (would work out numbers) to do the swap and would prefer it being done in a shop w/ proper tools.. I have to make sure it's still fully driveable until I can sell it.
BUT -- anyways.. I'm thread jacking here..... We 3 can go to PM on it all.
