  • Good reasons to wash your car yourself !

today I washed my car myself after the trip to hooters. To my amazement I found a Green Bungy cord with both hooks still on it wrapped several times around my front coil spring, WTF. Oh Pete Il be back, it scraped some paint off the tower mount underside.

I have people for that. They do a great job for me. I cannot wash at my place due to space and rules.

Speaking of washing my car myself, I did just that today Inside and out. Hard not to water spot in this heat and wind but got the job done!

Bill, please just admit that you tried the bungee cord method to lower the car.

To prevent water spots, after you rinse, spray detail spray all over the car. Then blow dry and move on to detailing or just wipe down.

I was at Garrett's house recently while he was washing his car and he used a leaf blower to dry it off. Never have seen that method before until then.
