Difference of $34,500 or the price of a whole 1SS Camaro.

Cost to upgrade a Camaro to handle like a Z06, oh roughly $4k to $8K.

Cost to change the ignorance that permeates on these boards of the potential for the big hipped Camaro that we are supposed to support, love, sponsor and defend, apparently infinite.

So y'all continue complaining about the Camaro that this website is all about. Support the Corvette that everyone wants. Bash any one on here with original ideas or who started this club. I am going to go find a club with members that actually like the cars they own.

And for the love of everything car related, do yourselves a favor and get rid of "". It has been completely been overused on this site already.

I will be selling off a few extra parts I have but that will be the extent of my participation.

Ok, so where in my original post did I bash anyone for having the camaro or being original about the way they go about their camaro. When did I say that it could not be made to handle/beat a c6 Z. Yes, I said my car was slow in comparison. Well of course it is going to be. The camaro weighs what, 38xx or 39xx. The Z weighs in at low 3k. Plus add that it has 505hp.

In case you didn't catch it, i was joking around. I love my car but the Z is a whole nother beast.

FWIW -- I really enjoy the GTR as well... If I could afford it all.. I'd have multiple cars for all different reasons..

but seriously. I love the styling on the Camaro so much more than the current vette that if I had 110k to spend I'd buy myself a ZL1 and mod it to kingdom come to make it faster and handle better than the ZR1.

There's a reason I bought a Camaro instead of a slightly used base Vette...

He'll I'd hate my car also if say I just drove a Bugatti Veyron (sp). Let's not jump to conclusions "T". the Camaro will always be the Corvettes baby badassed brother. Bang for buck favors us. T, do you remember at the Plainfield cruise night how jacked up we were over that Soltice? Well it's pretty much the same here. No wars here just stating a pleasure that's all.
