Yep mine was meter maid as I call them walking into parking garage and checking the front of my car. I would say the next time i would pull into it as far as I could without hitting the wall, but I don't care I wont see the city for some time.

Are all of you getting them while parked in lots? I've parked in the loop several times, had valet, etc and never had an issue.. Cops usually give me a thumbs up on the car or don't even acknowledge my existence.

That address shows near Loyola.. Was it a Campus PD person?

Wow never new there were options for custom plate brackets, I just did the ziptie plus furniture pad thing I have done on a few cars.... I got a !front plate ticket on the TBSS by my work a while back...

Don't waste your money on the motorized one, it's cheaply made, I have/had it and only lasted a week, I had to rip out all the wiring and motor and I am using it as a manual one,

If you do get one, get the manual one, it does work great on manual mode.
