For Bluetooth, it is the AVRCP controls that allowing steering wheel control, and BOTH devices (car headunit and device) need to support the same version for those features to work:

Make sure both your Camaro headunit and device have the latest firmware available for them -- there could be updates that improve performance/feature support.

I think the limitation regarding the steering wheel controls and Pandora is the connection modes available for Android. If you have an iPhone, I hear you can stream audio via the USB, so maybe you can also control the pandora app... who knows. But with my android, you get "mass storage" or some other media connect mode that doesn't do anything besides stream the mp3s already on the device... The only way to get audio out of Pandora is with the headphone jack or bluetooth on my droid x.

And regarding the bluetooth standard. I believe the Camaro A2DP interface does not give any user-selectable options regarding codecs... so I'm still SOL there.
