I'd like to thank Bubbles and Cadillac Of Naperville for the excellent service on my car.
They got my HVAC blower motor replaced and even noticed some cosmetic damaged the dealer caused the first time it was replaced last year and got those parts replaced as well.
They took care of the exhaust rattle for me by shimming the tranny brace.
Got it all cleaned up nicely and even disallowed non-stick drivers to move the car -- nice touch..
That other dealer I bought the car from and was getting service from apparently didn't care about that.. I got to watch one of their techs slip my clutch in 2nd and creep it forward and around to me while pushing at least 2K RPM on the engine. He got out like it wasn't even something wrong.
Thanks for also reminding me about the rear-diff fluid changes.. Sadly, out of anger over the original dealer, I was neglecting that because I'd just throw their notices in the trash. Thankfully, no damage was done.
It's nice knowing one can leave their car in the hands of people that will treat it properly and not just sling it about like some beat up clunker.
The goody bad in the passenger seat was kinda cool..
and.... there was a very pretty blue CTS-V coupe in the pick up area -- which was very ironic because it's the exact one I had configured online a few days back.. Very nice look car.
