Borrow an 8mm Digital Camera?

Anyone local have an 8mm digital cam w/ FireWire out that I can borrow? I need to convert some tapes and it make take a while. I'd really rather not have to buy a used one.

I used to have a Digital 8 cam, but it was stolen in Las Vegas...

iPhone 4S works pretty well now instead... But I do have some old D8 tapes I sure would like to review/transfer still.
