That's not going to happen, Too much money into android development to let it go, It will settle after everyone is positioned correctly in the Motorola deal. don't kid yourself, Motorola has been thru bigger problems then this, their old school, they know what their doing. The judge knows their is liability or he would not order settlement discussions and he also knows he ain't going to give them an injunction. that's my 2 cents.Comment

Funny thing about the Google Motorola Mobility acquisition is that MOT has never been good at software, but Google isn't all that bad. Well, except in making a compatible Java implementation. LOL

I think the Oracle suit, and so many other of these patent suits in the recent years is more about making money to help the bottom line in these uncertain economic times, rather than protecting their IP.
