scanner left on

i'm a lucky sob as i left work today and apparently must of triggered the(red) scanner bar and drove home from mundelein appx.17 miles with it on...only after i pulled into my garage did officer friendly inform me that it was on..maybe that explains the 1 guy infront of me sticking his hand out the window as to wave me by...i had no clue what this guy was doing..i had the alternating pulse effect similar to a cop ...must of been that C5G sticker that got me off the hook
