Hello all, Dan (Ends) gave me permission to post this. I hope I am putting it in the right section.
My family and I have recently formed a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit foundation, Team Chrissy NFP. Our foundation was formed to provide assistance, support, and education to people who have been newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the Chicagoland area. The foundation is named after my older sister, Christina, who was diagnosed with MS in 2002. Our family and friends have been fundraising since 2005, and decided in September 2010 to pursue our own foundation to provide support.
On Saturday, September 17th, we will be holding our 2nd Annual Team Chrissy Golf Outing. The outing is at Gleneagles Country Club in Lemont. Tee time is 1:15pm (shotgun start) with dinner at 6:30pm. It is $125 for golf, a golf cart, a hot dog and beer on the course, dinner, and 2 hours of open bar, or $40 for dinner and 2 hours of open bar. We are also searching for hole sponsors, $100 each, with a sign on a tee box and mention in our dinner banquet program, and on our website.
