Well, good news. I received another e-mail back from the woman in special plates unit saying that who ever had MANTIS expired over 2 years ago and does not understand why the processor did not give me that plate. She instructed me to resend the application straight to her so that she could process it. So I'm going to send it back in. I'm also going to send it with some variations ya'll gave me, just in case. Everyone cross your fingers please and hopefully I will get what I wanted after all this headache.

Sad part is the person doesn't even have it registered, only reserved.

Right now I'm thinking SLIMED or maybe M4NTIS/MANT1S or ENVYMCH (even though I wanted to stay away from that) are the best options thus far.
