Oh yeah -- had that debate with people too..

I had the salesman try and tell me that my 2002 TA was powered by an LT1 350. (facepalm) -- I stopped asking questions at that point..

though, my '02 TA was one of the lucky ones at the end that got the LS6 block.. which, at the time, was nice...

1st IRS car I ever launched was my 05 GTO and that was on Nitto 555s.. Sucked.............. even with those tires I spun all over the place, got pissed off and went home.. I never got a chance to go back to the track before selling it.

Wow that's a nice surprise. I remember people talking about all that, how to identify whether it was an LS6 or not. Sounds like it was a nice ride

I didn't do too terrible out the first time stock with my 2010, 13.0132@110.84, but with a lousy 2.1091 60'
