does anybody have this or now anybody that does? playin around on u tube and theres videos of these.Sounds pretty good but don't know anything about them

I don't know anyone who has cutouts. I've seen pics of them on other forums. QTP is a company I'd look at if I were getting them. I'd get the ones with the remote control to open and close them when you wanted. From what I understand, they are very loud and do add a bit of HP when wide open.

Guy over at camaro5 actually showed some gains by opening the QTP cutouts. He has videos up of the dyno run and claims "Gained 6 HP and 5 torque just by opening the cutouts up"
