  • My Old Ride

I figured people may be interested in seeing my old fun car. I had just pulled it out of a 10-year sleep and got it back into good shape. Three weeks later, this happens. Oy! Oh well, I made a nice transition into the Camaro!

          Eyow, that's a nasty one.

I think you made a wise choice with the Camaro

You took a hell of a hit! Be careful out there! I am glad your back on the road, although I think you lost one of your 9 lives!! How did it happen? The damage on the drivers side looks odd, were you T- boned in the driver's side while driving. You certainly weren't at a stop. I hope you have good insurance.

It was a big hit, alright! A moving t-bone. I was going through a green light (go figure) and the guy nailed me. After I managed to slow him down , he went on to hit five other cars! Of course, he had no insurance... :eek13:

Apart from my poor, pristine, 20-year-old Probe, my damages were a ruptured diaphragm and spleen, five broken ribs, two fractures in my pelvis, and a collapsed lung. Apparently, for the first few days, no one knew if I would pull through or not.

Many months later, I'm back to normal with a new Camaro to boot! :4:
