UPS Where are my packages??????

I cannot believe UPS has been closed for 2 days now??? Nothing on the website, but the customer service center manager (LOL) said they were closed on Thursday for the weather in Chicago??? It was sunny and 20+ degrees and roads were all clear.... No info and they told me to contact the senders as they are lost? WTF Why did I call you then? I am reporting they did not show up Thursday as scheduled, and now nothing today, need more that 7.00hr workers answering the phone for customer service or total lack of!

UPS didn't run any routes on Wednesday and only attempted air package deliveries yesterday along with scheduled pickups. Today is back to normal. The main roads may be somewhat clear, but let me tell you, yesterday was no picnic. It took me over eight hours to do just 51 stops plus pickups. Drivers had to sort and load yesterday before hitting the road. I agree that the customer service is lacking. I understand the phones never stopped ringing. To get better service, get your center number from your driver. I hpe you get your package!
