from what I can tell, both in positioning and the video, it certainly doesnt look like it was the ferarri's fault...unless he was doing 70mph... it looks as if the F150 pulled out, turning left in front of the Ferarri, thus ending up ontop of him.

The Ferrari had a car in front of him then tried to overtake him and crossed the double yellow line at the same time the f-150 was coming out of the parking lot and was turning left as the Ferrari was coming towards the f-150, you can clearly see that the Ferrari is on the wrong lane.Last edited by svtjackal; 01-31-2011, 09:54 PM.|.....Go Fast.......................| ||

There is no telling what actually happened. Regardless, the F150 is at fault, whether or not the Ferrari was in the wrong lane. The road way needs to be clear prior to entering it, and it clearly was not. Also, you don't know how much the Ferrari moved once the F150 struck it. He is not completely over the line, hence my theory of him getting pushed over the line in the front more so than the rear. Only 2 people know what happened, and both of their versions will/are different and then there is the truth. No point speculating or blaming one driver over the other... When the Ferrarri owner answers the question of whether that is his favorite model with, "Isn't that all of you's (sic) favorite model.", as if everyone is envious of him...I can only say that it is too bad the F150 didn't have 4-wheel drive, because then he would have been able to make all the way over the top. lolComment
