To upload a photo for voting on this calendar please click the Browse button to locate the photo on your computer and read the Terms of Use and click the box that you agree to the Terms of Use. Then click the Upload button to send your photo. Your photo will then be reviewed within 48 hours and will appear on the website once it has been approved.
Your photo must be of Jpeg format and at least 1280 pixels wide x 960 pixels tall. We recommend setting your digital camera on the highest quality photo setting before taking the photo.
Rules & Tips for Photo Uploads
• Set your camera to the highest quality setting possible. The minimum resolution size accepted will be 1280 x 960, however we highly recommend much larger pixel dimensions (3200 x 2400 is good!) to enhance quality print production. Low resolution files will be rejected. Fuzzy or blurry images will not be approved.
• How do I find out what resolution my photo is? On your computer; right click the file, select properties, and scroll down to image dimensions.
• The BACKGROUNDS of the photos are very important. Membercalendars.com highly encourages creative scenery. The winning photos will be published in an officially licensed calendar.
• Refrain from photographs that contain people, company logos, slogans or Registered Trademarks (ie. McDonald’s Golden Arch sign or a billboard with a slogan like “Got Milkâ€)
• Files MUST belong to you exclusively. You will be required to sign off and release image rights to AJWood, LLC upon upload. As a general rule, if you did not take the photo DO NOT SUBMIT IT!
• Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for approval of your photo. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your account profile. AJWood, LLC reserves the right to reject a file for any reason at any time, without cause or explanation.
