I go to Emperial Hand Car Wash here in South Holland.
Full inside-and-out hand car wash for 14 bucks, can't beat it!

Wow. My local shop is $15 just for outside. The place that's a bit farther is $20. =(

I like the touch less ones with the laser air dryers. Up here in Rockford, half the gas stations have them. Oh, and we also have the girls do car washes once in a while.
