Try removing c5g from Tapatalk and re-add it

also always check to see if there is an update for it. I know they really stopped supporting tapatalk 2 when they came out with tapatalk 4.

I had issues with Tapatalk 2 and my iPhone and had to delete Tapatalk and reinstall before issues were fixed.

Like Toasty suggested.
