Single Sox game ticket, 6/11

Just a shot in the dark to see if anyone may be interested in a single ticket for Saturday's Sox game. Section 119, row 12. Had someone back out, after buying ticket. Original cost was like $60 thru stubhub, looking to get as much back as he can, say maybe $40 or best offer? I don't have a separate parking pass, so you're on your own unless you want to be stuck riding with me and some of my family I have the Stubhub pdf ticket I can email to you, also.
