1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible JXI 2.5L V6

This is a two owner vehicle with extremely low miles for its age. Car runs and drives excellent, owned and maintained by a mechanic for the past 2 years and is very reliable. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. Even the convertible top works great!
All power options; windows, doors, mirrors, leather seats, power seats, cruise control, fog lights, AM/FM CD radio, 16" alloy wheels. Car gets excellent heat despite it being a convertible.
Recent maintenance:
Oil changed 2,000 miles ago
Transmission fluid flushed at 50,000 miles
New tires at 50,000 miles.
Price is $3,000 OBO. Would like to sell the car by the end of the month to use as a down payment for a house I'm looking to buy.
