Definitely low miles (around 3000 if I remember correctly). They've been setting in my garage for over a year. Might need to be cleaned up a bit.
KARR, what say ye?sigpic

Ah ha ,mi misread, I thought you were talking about the calipers, yeah I pulled my rotors at 22k , they could have been turned but I am particular about warping in hot summer driving after turning rotors. If you got 60 k that's alot ! I wouldn't expect them to go past 40 without having to be turned.

Make sure you replace the existing bolts that hold the caliper on. There are two per caliper and they are torque to value bolts and once they have been removed, they should not be reused.
I've found that my dealer was the only place to get these and they didn't have them in stock so had to order. Still got them the next day though. Just don't be in the middle of your rotor replacement and find out you need these bolts.
If you're having the work done at a shop, make sure they replace these bolts and don't reuse the existing. It's also very important that they properly torque the bolts as specified by GM.sigpic

Here's the specs on the "Torque To Yield" bolts:
GM manual states install new bolts. You need an 18mm socket for the bolts which I didn't have either. I had plenty 17 & 19mm sockets, but no 18mm. Go figure....
Part Numbers:
Front - GM P/N 11570788 M14 x 2.0 x 56.5
Rear - GM P/N 11515781 M12 x 1.75 x 60
Torque Values:
Front - 30 ft lbs + 90 degrees
Rear - 30 ft lbs + 90 degreesLast edited by FreakyFastFreddie; 03-26-2014, 08:40 PM.sigpic
