I bought the wheels new from Tire rack. They do make use of a plastic hubcentric ring. For 40000 miles now they have been smooth and vibration free. The spokes clear the brembos with a comfortable 1/2" to spare. NOTE: the wheels will NOT clear the front brake pad weights. You will have to cut them off or switch to an aftermarket pad.
The tires I bought from someone here, I think. They probably have about 50000 miles on them (I had them on my Camaro LT before the SS) A quick measurement yields about 6/32" of tread depth. They still ride very smooth. They grip very well on dry pavement. So-so in the wet and the snow. Nothing dangerous. Just definitely not new.
I have been through three winters now on these BFG tires, and they do really well for a tire that isn't dedicated to snow and ice. I was driving through the snow we got last week, and between 10-40 mph they keep the car stable and true on snow covered roads. It's just a little tricky to get the car moving from a dead stop.
OEM tire pressure sensors are installed.
Lugnuts are included (oem lugnuts won't fit the openings)
The autobot logos are just a stick on deal that cover up the Rial center caps. They can be easily peeled off I would think. No, the stock center caps won't fit, they are too small.
If you are worried about noise after cutting off the brake pad weights, here is my experience:
For about 6 months after I cut the weights off, there was a very faint, constant squeal when cruising between 45 and 80 mph. The window had to be open and the radio off to hear it. Even with the radio off, you couldn't hear it with the windows up. A quick stab at the brakes would silence it for 30 seconds or so, then it would come back. Applying any brake pressure would silence the squeal (the exact opposite of the brake squeal I have had on previous cars, but I digress) It only occurred when the temp outside was above 80º or so. Below that they were silent (except for the occasional frigid weather squeal).
That was about a year and a half ago. They have not squealed at all since.
----------------------------------------------
I also have a complete set of OEM, brand new in box, front brake pads. I bought them because I wasn't sure what would happen when I cut the pad weights off the ones on my car. But anti-climactic-ly, I didn't need them.
----------------------------------------------
I have a set of used OEM autobot logo center caps to fit the 20" SS/RS wheels. They appear to be in perfect condition.
----------------------------------------------
I have a front bowtie eliminator. Used. There are some small abrasions from being on the car for almost 2 years.
----------------------------------------------
I have the OEM rearview mirror, auto day/night switching. Like brand new.
----------------------------------------------
The rules say prices are required. I honestly have no idea what any of this stuff is worth. Except the pads. It looks like they go for $115. So maybe $90? They are brand new.
The wheels.....$300?
The bowtie and mirror, I have no idea.
