WTB: IOM vinyl 12x50

I looking to start a custom vinyl project and need a piece of IOM vinyl 12x50ish. I dont want to buy another stripe package (& cut it up) but I heard I may need to. I have to match my current stripes.. Yes already called four graphic vinyl places..They said no. If you dont have any - I'm open to ideas.. suggestions or point a finger at who could help. I posted on a few other places with no help yet..

I looked and have sent 24 emails about IOM vinyl and have had no luck.. Maybe I should start a graphic vinyl company. I didnt know that getting a custom graphic piece of vinyl, with no concern of price, was such an issue. Any ideas would be great...
