  • 2010 camaro ss twin turbo.

    So i am testing the waters here, and would like to see the car go to someone that is local so i can keep up on her. but i am having some personal family issues that is potentially forcing me to sell my baby. so i am posting it up here first before i go public. anyways onto the car.

    BASIC INFO:
    2010 VIN number 10380.
    i have had it since june 1st 2009
    16500 miles
    6 speed manual
    2SS with all options except moon roof

    EXTERIOR: pictures can be found in my photo album of my profile
    powder coated black stock rims
    tinted tail lights
    rear windows tinted 5%
    debadge on the sides and chevy emblems have black vinyl.

    PERFORMANCE:
    TWIN REAR MOUNTED TURBO ( SAME IDEA AS STS BUT I HAD MY OWN CUSTOM SYSTEM BUILT)
    stock internals and bottom end
    65lb fast injectors
    KB boost a pump
    rear mounted scavenger pump for oil
    turbo smart wastegate/bov
    turbo smart boost controller currently set at 8 lbs.
    over 600 hp & 600 ft.lbs/tq @ the wheels- daily driver

    so with everything that been done i am asking for $36,000 obo. thats still less then everything i have put into the car and way under the zl1 price. so i am seeing if anyone is interested.

      A couple curiosity questions -- obviously someone wouldn't buy this car for efficiency, but what kind of MPG are you seeing as modded? Any warranty in effect in its current condition, and who's warrantying it?

        Liberty- are you interested in the car this would be one hell of a 5thGen if you were going to get one! I say you buy it and become the fastest v8 car on our fast list the first day you take it to the track!

          i am getting about 20 mpg on the highway and about 12 city. now i do have a tendency to push the pedal a little further then most because the car is so much fun.

          currently as far as warranty goes the only thing voided from factory would be the engine. as i have not touched the trans or rear end yet. if something happens you just woudl need to disconnect the turbo and take her in. the shop that did the work told me they will always maintain it the way it is. so if someone purchased the car i would definatly take them to the shop so they could meet the master mind.

          and i have not been able to make it to the track but i know that i am the only twin turboed V8 in the chicagoland area. just put some decent tires on it and i garuntee a deep 11 second pass. i put a little bigger sized turboes on it that way there is a little lag, they are in full boost at about 3200 rpm. this allows for a perfect launching RPM range before the boost kicks in. let me know if youd like to see it.
