Multi function lever

Has anyone had the scroll wheel on the multi function lever stop working to be able to switch between mph, trip 1 or trip 2 on the menus. If so what was the fix

I have not experienced this issue, but then I dont usually use the scroll button I usually use the menu button.
I tried to look it up but did not find anything specific on this issue.
