  • Cat-Back or Axle-back?

ok, I'm sure you are all sick of hearing me talk about this. But I've narrowed it down to the Borla S-Type exhaust. Now, let's vote on cat-back or axle-back. As a reminder, I've got a 2013 2SS/RS. Thoughts?

Axle-back is cheaper, but requires cutting stock mufflers off. Cat-back is plug-n-play. Not sure of any performance difference.

I've decided to go with the Borla S-type cat-back. But now another question.....2.5in pipes or 3in pipes?

If you may add headers down the road I would go 3".

If stock is 2.5" (which I don't know), seems no point in going up to 3".

also depends on how much extra volume you want... 3" will be louder than 2.5"
