  • Isit worth getting the maintenance 2 package for 169.99?

Just made an appointment for a maintenance 2 Package for 169.99 due at 15000 miles, as I have almost 17000, at my dealer, will be a little higher since I will be using synthetic oil, but my question is is it worth the money? Or should I just get a oil change? thanks

I've always asked my service writers about this and they have never said that I needed them. YMMV.

Me personally I don't see that it's necessary with low miles. But at the end of the day it's your money.

First thing I would do, if I were you, is go through that list you posted, and remove anything that only says inspect. You shouldn't have to pay them to look at things, All they're doing there is looking. Then, you're left with the items that they'll actually fill/adjust/clean and the oil change. That should help you determine if the dollar amount is worth it.
