Today, my car started making this odd noise in the interior - it is prevalent even when the car is off, and cannot be heard outside of the vehicle. Any thoughts as to what this sound may be? It sounds almost like a clock second hand advancing, but it isn't a Cadillac so there is no analog clock:
(By the way, not the sounds at 0:03 and 0:06... the fainter, regular sounds I am talking about. The sounds at 0:03 and 0:06 were me playing with the HVAC controls to see if that was it.)

I miss you all. I will probably move back to the Chicago area within the next year or so. I can only handle so many stupid SoCal motorists for so long.
