  • Just found this TSB-might apply to you also

I could not figure out why my brake fluid was constantly leaking from the reservoir. I kept thinking it was the cap. Well, as it turns out it is both the reservoir AND the cap. There is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) concerning this. Seems TONS of folks have this issue. It is a known defect and is covered under the 3 yr/36000 mile warranty. I am way under the miles but slightly over the time. Will take it to Chevy when I get my car back to see if they will replace the Reservoir (22956543) and the Cap (22795538). I like how this is a known issue to Chevy but the actual owners are never notified. I thought it was just something else wrong with my car. Turns out it's a lot of Camaros. Do not let them just replace the cap. The reservoir is defective too. If they try to replace the cap only, you will be going back for multiple caps and the issue will never be resolved.
