Remote Starter

I feel dumb. I always assumed that my Remote Starter was glitchy. Sometimes it would work, sometimes not.

It took me 3 years to figure something out that I would have known if I had bothered to read the manual.

1)The Remote Starter will not work with the hood open. (Did not know this.)

2)The Remote Start can only be attempted 2 times in between ignition cycles. (Did not know this either.)

Seriously, am I the only one that did not know this stuff?

I was one of those that read my manual while the car was being built so that I was ready.

Remote start will also be disabled if your check engine light is on.

Don't feel bad I remember a certain board member who's name we will not mention who did not know that you could open the sunroof up various amounts by pressing the button shorter intervals. Hmm !
