RX catch can

I too have an RX catch can. You have it connected correctly. There is a test you can to. Open the drain valve on the bottom of the can. Start the engine and put your finger against the end of the drain hose. You should feel a small vaccum. Blow by would occur more during hard acceleration. Not on deceleration. It when RPM and power is increase. The explosion inside the cylinder squeezes past the rings. There are much more violent explosion under hard acceleration
