Really upset, but this is par for the course for me when it comes to bad luck. I just drove my car back from St. Charles yesterday. So this is my FIRST DAY with the car after it was modded at Nickey.
Drove it less than 3 miles since then, basically to the gas station and back, then to the front of my house, so I could work in the garage.
Started it up, oil pressure gauge cycles, but then pegs at zero on the return. Oil level is fine according to the dipstick. Not sure what to do, since I obviously can not drive it, even around the block to get it in the garage.
Oil pump is brand new, a Melling pump. Don't think it would be the sending unit, since I would think the gauge would peg high. Don't think it's the gauge since the LCD readout also shows zero oil and tells me to stop the engine immediately.
Don't even know what to do. No answer at Nickey, assuming they are off work by now. Even if I have them look at it, how do I even get it over there lol.
Well...so much for enjoying my "new" 620 rwhp car. ((sigh))
