  • Question about powder coating calipers

So I've decided that in the next month or so I want to powder coat my brake calipers. I know they will have to be disassembled and brake lines need to be removed. Problem is, where I can get this done and leave my car sitting until the calipers are done? I would need to have the brake lines bled and everything once they are back on...something I have no idea how to do, nor do I want to mess with on my own.

I got mine from MikeThePowedercoater over on Camaro5. I did the core charge where he sends you powdercoated calipers and you send him yours once the powdercoated ones are installed. This way, your car is only down for the installation. Took my car to a dealer to get the swap done all in one day.

That's a darn good price! I looked up what mine cost me and it was $745 two years ago and I had to wait 6-8 weeks to get them.
