Hello all, does anyone have any experience with the Mickey Thompson Street Comp rear tires? I picked up a nail in one of the PZeros which the road hazard warranty would only repair. I am looking for something to use at the track and everyday summer use which is also good in wet conditions. Thanks.

The Mickey Thompson is not made for wet and not made for cornering. It is for dry and excellent for straight line traction. It will also only last one to two summers depending on how much track use. Best all around summer tire with good rain traction for car is still Pirelli Pzero. It is also rated the number one Ultra High performance summer tire by consumer reports, even over the Michelin super sport as of last November for those that like to use consumer reports ratings.
Where did you buy road hazard for your tires? Our road hazard covers repairs and replacement if needed.
I can get either one for you pm me if interested in getting quotes.G-MAN

The nittos are the same kind of tire just a different manufacture. You will get the same positive performance and lack of performance in the same areas as you would from Mickey Thompson. These are function oriented tires not all around tires.G-MAN
