I do wish you could turn the AWD off on this Yucon Denali would make the gas mileage more comparable to the 5.3 that is standard in the other models. My old truck has the 5.3 and it is a great motor pulled great most of the time you get a big load on it was kinda of dog. I just wanted a little more this time around and was a push over for another ls motor in the drive way with over 400hp.

Did the 5.3. Thought about the 6.2 but it was more of a want than a need.

If you're talking about turbo kits. Nope, believe it or not.. there are very few "kits" made for misc. Makes and models. Would normally be custom kits

well, turbo or s/c really. I suspect that there will be packages from the popular kits soon enough, once more of these get out, it's just fairly early in the life of the new DI V8's

The C7 vette has already show how well the responde to boost. But I double they will make kits for the truck.

A kit isn't designed to an engine, but more the vehicle as routing of piping and parts is different for every application. So the chances of having any boosted application for his truck mass produced will be rare sadly enough.

Got the 18" Blizzak a couple weeks ago, and I am very surprised how well it handles in these conditions. I was expecting an improvement, but nothing this significant.. it's awesome!

A turbo kit might be rare (though probably not) but actually, there's already a Magnuson S/C kit for it already, and your Lingenfelters/Callaways/etc are putting together their own stuff (still based on the Magnuson kit likely) -Trucks are popular, even for the go-fast types!

True, but that's easy because it replaces the manifold. That's why they are the first to come out with anything. But they are super inefficient vs procharger and turbos. I mean to only gain 100hp @ 6 psi is very sad IMO. Better off swapping a cam in with intake and exhaust at that point.

Procharger kits are in development... seems like there are kits to me.
